You can apply at School of open learning,  Delhi University as soon as possible.  Delhi University also offers regular B.Com course but the cut offs for the B.Com Program is in the range of 65-99%. You can also apply to some private universities like Amity University, Sharda University and Ansal University.  For admission to these private universities go to the the website and check details of the program there you will find procedure for admission as well. For admission to Open school Delhi University you will have to personally go to the school of open learning which is at North Campus and fill the form to secure your admission seat.
