If you have uploaded the discrepancy with in the time as mentioned by the NTA then it will be updated on the website. So wait for a bit, its a manual process, so time is required to manually verify the document by the NTA official. If before the examination you don't find it updated then try to contact the help desk of NEET:

hi my target is only mbbs. i had applied both for gujcet as well as neet. For mbbs neet is compulsory and i m ready to give but i am not well prepared for gujcet exam i had just applied. can i ignore this gujcet exams since it will be not further help me in getting mbbs seat???
