    Hello,

    Yes you are eligible for an undergraduate program in a university in Canada. You only need to give the requisite standardized tests and English language proficiency examination to apply to a university.

    However, for admission to any postgraduate program in Canada, you are required to have completed 4 years of education after graduation from 12th. Therefore, the degree you are pursuing may not satisfy these requirements. You will have to complete the stipulated years of education required in order to be eligible to apply for a PG program of study in Canada.
