Yes you can definitely get if you are amonst top20 percentile of your board and have attempted PCm as compulsory subjects.

You have 75% that means you are eligible to give JEE and undoubtedly of you score excellent marks then you will defenetly get a seat in NIT college.

If you got less than 75% marks in 12th and belongs to a General category then You will not be able to take Admission into any IITs, NITs and even all the Participating Institutes of JoSAA. If you are among top 20 percentile of Your board then You are Eligible.

You will be able to get state government college apart from them many private colleges accept scores of JEE Main

Actually, you have secure at least 75% marks in the 12th class board exam, or be in top 20 percentile in the 12th class exam conducted by the respective Boards. Then only you can eligible to get NIT colleges and to appear in the jee advanced exam. But, you can get admission in a good government college.
