If you want to pursue History M.A. in Hindi Medium, I would suggest you to go ahead and do it from Delhi University, Kirori Mal, if possible, as it has a separate department of Hindi Medium. However, that rarely matters in Delhi University's masters, as all your classes would be held in the main Arts Campus and Central Library. However, if you need assistance, Kirori Mal's Hindi Medium Department is well prepared with its' own department library.

You can also apply for JNU, as it is one of the most high-ranked Universities in India and respectes diversity and you could get all kinds of resources that you might required while pursuing your degree in Hindi Medium.
