Hello Mamata,

There are many reasons due to which OMR sheet is rejected and these are as follows:

INCORRECT ROLL NUMBERS
USAGE OF WRONG PEN
MISTAKES IN THE CENTRE CODE
BUBBLING IN THE SPACE COLUMNS
ATTACHED BUBBLINGS
WRONG SIGNATURE
WRONG BUBBLING OF WRONG NUMBERS

These are the possible mistakes.
