It is very difficult to get seat considering your rank. Computer Science Engineering has the highest cut off compared to other Engineering branches. You need to secure a rank in top 5000 to have decent chances of getting seat in CSE in a college. You can check the previous year cut off to get some idea about the cut off for various NITs the link is given below
