Have I got any chance to get in to NIT with my percentile 97.4

Yes you may get a nit with this percentile. You approximate rank can be calculated using below formula:
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
Thus 22736 is your approximate rank. This will change slightly after the jee mains April examination.
