Hello student ,
As here you not mentioned your board and it would be good if you would have mentioned your board but here i will suggest you to contact to your school and share your problem and try to collect your 12th marksheet cum certificate,character certificate and SLC (school leaving certificate) , because your school only can help you to get back the certificates again which you have lost
