Hello at the time of certificate verification i haven't submitted my income certificate when should I be able to submit again

Hi Candidate,
Income Certificate is a kind of official documentation from the Authorised Government stating the Family Income of the candidates from all prescribed sources of income.
These documents are needed at the Verification Center to categorise the students on the basis of Financial Grounds and provide privileges to the Backward and Financially weaker sections.
