hello can we pay the NEET fee directly. because my parents find problem in online banking.

Hey Saradha,
Nowadays most of the payments are being accepted in mainly Online Mode. So, considering your situation if you are paying difficulty in Online Payment from your side, then you can ask any of your relatives/friends availing Online Payment to pay the fee to the NEET account and you can pay the person directly. If you are still having problems, then you can utilise the option of NEFT or Bank Draft for payment.
Hope that you have now got your way and will be able to deposit your Fee!!

relatives are most centipedes sir. actually I haven't linked my account with bank and my mom doesn't leave me for it. and also we have some sort for troubleshooting point with phone number. thank you sir.

If you don't have a proper Bank Account linked or a valid mobile number then your only option is to ask your Friends and Well-wishers to kindly do the onlinepayment and take the money from your side in offline or in Cash.
