Dear Aspirant,
Every city/town has an administrative block (Tehsil). There you can get all the important certificates like income certificate, caste certificate, etc. You should contact your administrative block and there you will be guided for the further process. Income certificate requires some documents like Aadhar Card, Ration Card, etc.
