Your marks are amazing and DU has just released the cut- off lists for its colleges not 25minutes ago. You can check their Official site for the cut- offs for different subjects.
As for pursuing psychology honors, some colleges under DU have their cut off reaching till 99% but the fact of the matter is that these admissions depend on a lot of factors and you having ECA might help too.
