Hello,
Btech in artificial intelligence is four year undergraduate course .
In this you are taught language which are helpful in understanding and creating machine.
But as you want to do masters with specialization in artificial intelligence you can go for it.
This course can come under any displines such as science or technology ,maths , neuroscience etc.
