Hello everyone since my brother and my grandma died iam feeling so depressed and iam scoring very less marks what should i do iam not able to explain to my parents or my college faculty and the pressure is increasing day by day what should i do ?
Hello Joel,
See there are some natural activities which are beyond of our control so we cannot control those activities and when the activity has to take place it will but the activities which are in our control, we can save them or control them to avoid any problem in future. I can understand you state of mind, and you are not wrong at your place because loosing some close ones really hurts but you should think what you have right now, you have your parents, your career, your complete life which is more than enough to move on from what has happened in past. So now what I want to say is just focus on your future, your career because you cannot afford to loose all this, you have parents who will support you throughout your journey of life so you have to do something for them at least. So just focus on your dreams, studies because this will improve your life and will take you towards your dreams, aims and goals. You need not to explain anybody instead you should motivate yourself towards your studies and your dreams, before moving for this you should have a strong reason of doing all this so just build your aim or set your goal that what you want to achieve by doing these studies or what you want to be in the future because having a strong reason for doing anything is enough to reach your ultimate goal .
So at las I want to insist you as a friend that just move-on in your life because past is going to take nowhere because it was not in your control but your future is in your hands and you have to decide that whether you want to go with your black past or want to make your future bright.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hey,
The main thing, that can take you out from our depression are your goals. If you are not concentrating on them, then it is very hard to overcome your depression.
Someone said that, 'Follow your passion'. Whatever your college is, it does not matters. Just start concentrating on the thing, in which you feel yourself more comfortable. Just do that work.
To overcome this depression, there are many ways. You can start listening to some music. It will help you. You can also try reading some motivational books. Below, I have mentioned names of some.
- The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
- How to Win Friends & Influence People.
- Think and Grow Rich.
- Awaken the Giant Within.
- As a Man Thinketh.
- The Greatest Salesman in the World.
- Don't Sweat the Small Stuff
Hope it helps.
