Speaking of both exams, JEE Is definitely a tough exam over the other exam.
Yes, you can prepare for both the exams and manage your time. The strategy is to prepare for jee in priority and solve EAMCET questions along with that. Preparing for jee would definitely help you in EAMCET. So if you concentrate on jee, and just practice both question papers, you would definitely crack both the exams.
