hello, i am nt category student and, what mark relaxation in 12 exam ?

Well I am not clear about the category u belong to but assuming that u r from the ST category so u might be having some kind of relaxation in the boards exam.
See for getting arank card in JEE MAINS and for applying in JEE ARVANCED u must be in the top 20 percentile of the board u have opted. For SC/ST if is about 65%. And for GENERAL it is 75%.
