What do you mean by one category ?
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st.
Now,
Your aggregate in PCB is
= 119
=(119/300*100 )%
=39.6% i.e lesser than 40% so you are not eligible for neet examination even if you belong to SC ST OBC category . Hence, with 39.6% in PCB regardless of the category you belong to you are not eligible for neet examination
