You've secured a pretty decent score in VITEEE 2019, congratulations for that!
You might get any branch at the VIT Bhopal and VIT Amaravati campuses.
VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai are the older VITs and more reputed ones.
The branches you can get here quite easily are:-

• Electrical and Electronics engineering (Vellore)
• Electronics and Instrumentation engineering (Vellore)
• Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Civil (Vellore)
• Electronics and Communication (Chennai)
• Electronics and Electrical engineering (Chennai)
• Mechanical, Fashion Technology (Chennai)

And the ones which you might get in later rounds when someone else leaves the seat are:-
(This happens as VIT admissions take place pretty early and later some students might get into BITS or NITs or any college they prefer more than VIT)

• Information Technology (Vellore)
• Computer Science Engineering with specialization in bioinformatics (Vellore)
• Electronics and Communication engineering (Vellore)
• Computer Science Engineering (Chennai)
