Hello! I got 90.25 percentile in jee mains crl rank 109508 and my obc rank is 30000. Can i get any nit college?

I am sorry to inform you but this rank would not fetch a seat in NIT in obc category .

I checked nit srinagar's mettalurgy branch in special round. Its till 121000 rank. How likely can i get seat in it??
