Dear Asim ,

According to Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE ) students will not get pass certificate without clear all the examination then candidate must have to pass in all subjects then only he will consider as pass .If you are failed in one subject then you considered as failed in ISC Board. You must have re-appear for the particular Exam and you will not get admission in B.Com (//B.Com) without clearing all papers .
