Hello! I got RT in biology during my 12th board but then I gave an improvement exam and I passed. But in my improvement marksheet the result is written 'Result: XXXXX' even though i passed both in theory and practical so what should I do? Won't that affect my admission process in nursing colleges specially AIIMS I hope not please reply

As it means the result is withheld. You can contact your school authorities immediately or visit the CBSE regional office and inform the issue. Wait for the official communication from the CBSE.
For BSc Nursing, it is important for candidates to pass the Class 12 with PCB subjects.
