If you have completed your graduation then definitely you can apply for BDO post by clearing PCS exam.
You must be 21 to 35 years of age.
You can apply for your exam through online mode

bdo stands for block development officer, the basic eligibility criteria is you need to complete your education or your graduation degree in any discipline (science/ commerce or arts) , the age limit is generally 21 to 35 years, however since state wise and area or district wise recruitment comes, you need to check the official website and apply carefully.
