Hello, I have 83.3912 percentile in Jan attempt, belonging to obc-ncl, can u suggest me about getting government iit seats?

IITs doesn't take admission on the basis of JEE mains.To get IITs you will have to qualify JEE Advance.
And to appear in JEE advance you need to qualify JEE mains.With your score of 83%ile you will not be able to qualify jee main.
So better prepare for JEE mains again so that you can score more than 90%ile and then you can qualify JEE mains.
Prepare for JEE advance then after to get into IITs.

Well, it's your Jee main result so firstly you have to crack jee advacne to be eligible for iit colleges right now cut-off is not out so can't say anything as well if you crack jee advacne after that you have to do conselling and you will get colleges as per your jee advance rank.
