Hello, I have paid twice for the MP state eligibility test but they are still showing showing that payment is not done... transaction is successful from my side both the times, neither i received refund for the same

Hope you are doing well ! You don't need to pay them again and again if you already have done . You already done it twice still showing unpaid can be a technical issue which will be resolved soon . May be they will update it soon . If don't , then try to contact them by email or contact number given on their website .

If you have paid fees two times and it still showing not paid then just check where you have sent both the times .
Sometimes if payment is not received by the receiver , it get stucked . In this case you the payment is returned back .
Hence If so is the case with you , you will get your money in your account after few days .
In that case you will have to pay the application fees again, or this time you can send them from some one else account from your family so that transaction is done smoothly.
Also contact your bank and let them know the issue and problem you are facing .
