hello i haveBC-E certificate should i apply on OBC or UR category

BC certificate would be as per state govt list, and might be your category fall in BC list according to state. You must first get the OBC list of central government notified and see whether your community or caste falls under that list. If it doesn't fall then you have to choose General category if falls then OBC. And if you are applying for state then BC you can choose.
