If you are talking about Delhi then you will find numerous private college that take admission on the basis of 12th percentage but there is no college which is government funded and also take admission on the basis of class 12th. You can try other examinations like SRMJEE , VITEE, BITSAT, UPSEE etc. And if you want to take admission only on your 12th basis then you can try for the university is like Lovely Professional University Chandigarh University or some best private institutes of aktu. But sorry you may not find any government funded Engineering College on the basis of your 12th but if you want to pursue any other bachelor course like BSc then you can try Delhi University and many other universities.
The last advice for you is you should try for April attempt so you may perform good and succeed in reserving a seat for you in a government college.
Hope it helps.

its ok don't get so stressed. I think you should go for previous years papers if you haven't studied for jee till yet. I hope that your concept would be clear if you are preparing for boards and then if you try some of the previous papers then it would become easy for you to score much better in April attempt. one book I recommend you is Arihant 30 years previous JEE mains and JEE advanced papers. even if you don't get a good rank in JEE mains April so you can plan a year drop and then prepare for jee if you are too passionate for government college.
I want to share my case with you I have also prepared only for board exams and haven't prepare for JEE and now I am in a well and good private college only on the basis of my class 12th percentage. so you can also try for private colleges specially in Delhi NCR. if you are saying that your maths is weak then I advise you that you should focus more and more on the core concept and should have been familiar with all the formulas so at least you should able to attempt the formula based questions correctly.
hope ot helps. feel free to ask furthur. :-)
