Hello Rakesh,

As you were absent for 3 days for 3 subjects they will consider you as absent and you need to write Supply exam and within 1 or 2 months they'll conduct Supply. Some considers Backlog and supply as different and some considers it as same.

So, you no need to worry much, try to clear the Supply exams but mostly there will be a star marked against those 3 subjects though you clear them.
