The level of CLAT examination is not very high but it was needs to have very good proficiency in English and literature for the same. The other thing is the number of seats in National law Universities and very limited that is between 2500 to 3000 also so the number of candidates appearing for same is increasing by each year. As per the exam pattern, the undergraduate test paper will have 150 questions, which tests ability such as ability to read, think critically, and do analytical thinking. The examination paper consists of five different sections which have different varieties of questions with moderate to high level difficulty. The paper break up is given below:
