There is a lot of scope after completing BA in English. Following are the courses you can opt for -
1. MA - English
2. MA - Journalism and Mass Communication
3. Master of Business Administration (HR if you have excellent communication skills)
4. MA/MSc - Mass Communication and Multi-Media
5. Law
6. Social Media Marketing/Social Media Management
7. Civil Services
8. Public Relations
BA English is a very general course. You can pursue any course after completing your degree.
