hello, Im filling MAH-CET form. For city preference, should I select Palghar or Mumbai City first? I live in vasai-virar side.(im confused because both are almost at same distance)

See in this case I would recommend you to select the place where you have a greater availability of transport. Among the two places you have mentioned, if they are equidistant from your place then select the preference to be the place where you can reach  via transport easily i.e., the preferred place have multiple ways to reach. If you get a place which has metro connections then choose that (if metro's are available in this covid scenario). This way you can minimize the time limit for reaching the place.
