Hey !
According to your rank in both general and reserved category there is almost nill chance that you get into some good government colleges like IIIT's and NIT's. I suggest that it's better to take into consideration other examination results in which you have scored well and try getting into a better college with desired branch. Other examinations include Deemed universities entrance...state level entrance examinations etc.
