Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned the name of college so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately because different colleges have different cut-offs and there are number of colleges in India which offers B.Com (//B.Com) and hence there cut-offs are also different depending upon various factors.
For better answer please help us out with proper name of college.

You need to mention the college for which you want to know the cutoff of BCom. Good universities like DU take entrance exam as well as merit based system to give admission but for that you will need a minimum of 90%( if you are from general category). Then there is BHU UET or CUCET in which you will have to give the entrance test to get a seat (mminimum eligibility being 60% in 12th boards).
