Dear Sapna, PWD is not a vertical reservation. It is a reservation given within your Category. If you belong to General CategorY, you will be eligible for General Category - PWD reservation. But you do not get separate reservation.  In 2019, the cut off for General Category-PWD was 133-120. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. The cut offs might decrease with increase in the no.of availability of seats. Considering all these factors, 550 and above should be an ideal score for a seat in a GMC of your State.
