You can apply for JEE Main Entrance Exam, As per the eligibility AICTE or State board of technical education recognised Diploma of at least 3 years duration. But you can not take the admision on the basis of JEE Main score, After qualify JEE Main you need to apply for JEE Advance as Diploma student are eligible to apply IITs.
