Yes, you still have a chance to get admission in Korea. Some universities still accept students with marks under 70 per cent. Most Korean universities care more about Class 12 board exam marks. So, prepare well for Class 12.
Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology provides bachelor's program admissions to students who have cleared high school and have acquired qualifying marks.
