As of now there is no change in syllabus. For next year NEET exam, the board will release notice for it. They decide as per the situation by then end of this year or early next year.
In last notice, education minister has notified that there will be 30% reduction in syllabus but it was not sure from where or which section.
As time got limited and normal process for current year got delayed so it is bound that there will be some changes in next year NEET syllabus.

It is unpredictable to say from now. So let's wait when NTA releases official notice.
