With a rank of 10k through ews quota you can get following NIT colleges through home home state quota as per previous year cutoff marks :

NIT Hamirpur
NIT Srinagar
NIT Puducherry
NIT Agartala
NIT Silchar
NIT Surat
NIT Jalandhar
NIT Raipur
NIT Kurukshetra
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
NIT Manipur
NIT Mizoram
NIT Sikkim

You can also get admission in good iiit colleges and in colleges where jee main percentile is considered for admission process such as BITS, MIIT, SCIT, Amity university, Thapar university and so on.
