Dear Candidate,
Based on your date of birth , you will be 23 years and 5 months old as of 1 January 2026 . The age limit for the SSC GD Constable 2026 exam is 18 to 23 years as of 1 January 2026.
However , candidates belonging to the OBC Category , which includes Jaat in many states , are eligible for a 3-yeafr age relaxation , extending the upper age limit to 26 years .

DOB: 10/08/2002 → Age will be 23 on 01/01/2026 → Eligible
Caste: Jaat → If listed under OBC in your state and you have an OBC certificate, you get age relaxation up to 26 years
Education: Must have passed 10th class before Jan 2026
Other: Must meet physical and medical standards
