hello my GMR is 37000 (SC) can i get admission in CGEC in decentralise councelling?

As far as your rank is concerned , let me tell you that if your GMR is 37k then you have fair chances to get into computer science and electronics branch in cooch Behar government Engineering College.

But if your sc category rank is 37k then it's a bit difficult to get the top branches. You can get mechanical and civil.
