Hello Raj,

You've a good rank, but 20,000 rank is not enough to get a Computer Science Engineering seat at VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai Campuses.
For that you need under 10,000 rank in VITEEE 2019.
If you want CSE only, you must try for other campuses of VIT like Bhopal or Amaravati.
You'll surely get CSE seat there.

If you're not very particular about branch, you can get seat for Mechanical engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering and Production engineering easily.
