Hello, My VITEEE rank is 80200. My councelling is in phase 2. Can I get Mech, ECE at VELLORE campus in Cat 2,Cat 3 or Cat 4 fees?

As per previous year cutoffs the closing rank for ECE:
- VIT Velllore is 14500
- VIT Chennai is 25000
As per previous year cutoffs the closing rank for Mechanical engineering:
- VIT Velllore is 20000
- VIT Chennai is 32000
