As i can see from the tags that you have used you want to know about the procedure into Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Science(AITS) moreover you have not clearly mentioned that for which course you want to get enrolled so undergiven are all the courses
B.Tech : You can get enrolled into B.Tech through. EAMCET(Engineering, Agriculture Science and Medical Common Entrance). Eligibility : 12th with Physics, Maths and Chemistry
M.Tech : Admission into M.Tech is given based on the PGECET(Post-Graduate engineering Common Entrance Test) and also by GATE. Eligibility : B.E. / B.Tech in relevant disciple.
MBA and MCA : Enrollment into MBA and MCA are done through ICET(Integrated Common Entrance Test). Eligibility : for MCA Graduation with 12th in maths, for MBA graduation.

And also want to know what is difference between Computer science engineering and computer science.
AIT offers 300 seats in engineering course commencing in july and the application forms for which are available till 7 May (without late fees) and 25th May (with late fees of INR 500) for which the students will be enrolled basis of the marks obtained in JEE Mains.
