2) Qualifying Examination from a recognised institution in Maharashtra State
3) Either DOMICILE of Maharashtra and/or is BORN in Maharashtra
Type-B
1) Your father or mother is a domicile of Maharashtra
2) They possess the domicile certificate
Type C:

Type D:

Type E:
1) If you have qualified exam from disputed region near karnataka border and your mother tongue is Marathi.
Now according to you, you are a type B candidate and it is not mandatory for you to have your domicile certificate if your parents possess the domicile certificate. Although it is better if you have it but definitely not mandatory. Also you need to remember that you need to be qualifying the 12th exam from a college in Maharashtra for this candidature to be valid.

Iam an officer from a central govt and is transferred every 3 to 4 years. So ,as per your info above type c ,? whether i need to submit nativity or domicile certificate for my son's entry in to engg ?Whether my son will get govt colleges under Maharashtra for engg admission?
As per type c, you should be currently employed in Maharashtra and the date of your transfer to Maharashtra must be before the cap rounds, If you are currently transferred to other state but have worked in Maharashtra before, then your child will not be eligible for State candidature. Also, if either of the both, son Or father has a Maharashtra domicile certificate, then you can provide them as a proof of domicile.
