Dear Yash, your 10+2 marks are not considered for NEET admission and counselling. They are used only to gauge your eligibility for NEET exam. If you belong to General Category, you should secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. With this, you can appear for NEET. The importance of your 10+2 marks end there. But for you to secure a seat in MBBS, your NEET score, Category and rank in the merit list matter.
