    dear aspirant,

    yes you  can atend the  puc 2nd exam  in arts  to  get qualified you must get an agreegate of 45% in this exam and you will be  in need to submit your 12th memo too if you are a general candidate.

    but you were  strongly  recommended to attend te exam as you are  eligible
