Yes you can apply for Delhi university as well as for IP. Delhi university take admission in inter second year marks and IP have an entrance. So you can apply for journalism and mass communication courses wherever you want.

If you have passed Class 12, you can join Bachelor of Arts for any of the available jornalism courses. There are many Universities and colleges that offer Bachelor of Arts (BA) in courses like Journalism, Broadcasting etc. You can join in any one of them. The admission occurs mostly through merit. If you are really passionate in this field you can apply.
