It is mandotary to link your aadhar card . As you have already attempted jaunary session. So you may not be able to register once again in this session.
Kindly visit NTA official website to be sure about this issue.

As you have given you jee mains in January so, don't fill freshly as there is aadhar number which lead to rejection. As you have already registered as a new candidate for the exam going to be held in April so better is to once contact with NTA saying that and they may provide you the excact solution.
