Based on your rank and category ,you have fair chances to S V U College of Commerce Management and Computer Science,

For free seat/reimbursement you need to be eligible for it ,as you belong to OC category you cant apply for reimbursement unless you belong to OC ( EBC ) Then only you can apply for free reimbursement
