Your score is not at all bad.
You will get good college. But you need to wait. You won't be getting your desired college in first round (well that's obvious).
Do try for spot round, even if you get a good college by the forth round cause there are high chances of getting a seat in IET, Lucknow ;)

Sir, I have very very important question to ask you.If I get a govt. College in upsee and in 1 to 3 round councilling they alloted me chemical engineering department in uiet and I have freezed my seat.1.Am I eligible for spot round councilling?2.if I am eligible in spot round councilling and there I got a better colleges than uiet like biet then will I get a transfer of 20000 from uiet Kanpur to biet Jhansi?3. Can you make the video of how many seat remain vacant in spot round councilling and in which branch?4.can u tell me the chances of getting seat in spot round councilling in biet Jhansi in any branch if my general rank is 22300?
